El mercado de Sololá, un mercado típico que reúne a la población de los diferentes municipios situados alrededor del lago Atitlán, se encuentra situado en la cabecera departamental, ofrece a los visitantes la experiencia de conocer la cultura Kaqchikel.  Acá podrá encontrar, tejidos, carpintería local, flores, frutas y vegetales.  Los días en que se celebra el mercado es el martes y viernes de cada semana, se apertura alrededor de las 06.00 horas y finaliza aproximadamente a las 16.00 horas.

Sololá market is a typical market which joint people from all villages from around the lake. It´s sited in the capital village of the zone.  It offers to the visitors the experience to know the Kaqchikel culture.  Here you´ll find weavings, local carpentry, flowers, fruits and vegetables.  The market has place on Tuesday and Friday, it´s opening around 6.00 in the morning and finishing around 4.00 in the afternoon.
